Bailey Caravans' moving production line has increased their capacity to build 6500 vehicles per year. West Alloy provide the door locks for these award winning vans and supply in kit form to achieve Bailey's JIT requirement.

At West Alloy Ltd, our strength isn’t just in manufacturing door latching systems and the associated parts that compliment these systems, but also our product development ability to solve problems through design, modelling, prototyping and testing.

We are often asked to become involved with Product Development, offering component solutions for many of the worlds leading original equipment manufacturers.

Our in house Product Development Team, using the latest CAD technology and plenty of ingenuity, take basic ideas from OEM designers and turn them into working products. Along the way we produce CAD files, select materials, provide models to our clients CAD systems, produce rapid prototypes, undertake intensive testing, commission tooling and conduct tool trials. Once the customer is totally satisfied with the final product we will then undertake the manufacturing, assembly and supply to meet their requirements.
